Armin Metzger

Executive Vice President, Head of Global Technical Operations and Chief Production Officer

Armin joined Ferring Pharmaceuticals in 2016 as Senior Vice President, Head of Global Pharmaceutical R&D. In July 2019 he was appointed Executive Vice President, Head of Global Technical Operations and Chief Production Officer.

Armin has more than 20 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry, and before joining Ferring he spent 17 years with Merck and Merck Serono in various global leadership positions.

Armin holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the University of Bayreuth, Germany.
